Job description
Role:
To be responsible for overall compliance at Finance & Accounts and related controls.
Responsibilities:
Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
Ensure period compliances of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, Audits etc.
Data submission related to compliance
To ensure proper internal controls
Coordination with auditors (Statutory and Internal)
Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies
Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
Verification of all KYC/KYS docs and managing masters
Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
Preferred Experience and skills:
Qualification :
CA inter or B. Com. With 6-8 years of experience
