Job description
At Batoi Travels, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Taxi Driver to join our team. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to our customers in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring prompt and comfortable transportation. You will be responsible for navigating through different routes and traffic conditions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport customers to their desired destinations, following all traffic regulations
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their luggage or belongings
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle both inside and outside
- Monitor and report any vehicle maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and any other relevant information
- Provide excellent customer service and be responsive to customer needs and requests
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Taxi Driver or a similar role
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
