Desktop support engineer at Himachal Pradesh , solan

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining the proper functioning of computer systems and servers. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to identify operational issues and provide customized solutions.

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and Active Directory
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
• Experience with troubleshooting network issues (WiFi, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
• Ability to provide timely, empathetic and high-quality service to end-users, both in-person and remotely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
