Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions () a leading recruitment consultancy firm.
Our client is a Language Service Provider (LSP) championing the cause of human translations. They help customers across industries to communicate globally in 180 languages with our Translation Localisation Interpretation Subtitling Voiceover Transcription Multilingual Desktop Publishing (DTP) and Language Quality Assurance (LQA) services. They are hiring for below mentioned position.
Designation: Sales Manager
Sector: SAAS
Location: SG Road Ahmedabad
Gender: Female/Male
Experience: 3 Years with B2B SaaS sales with International clients is a must
Job Timings: UK Shift 12 pm to 9 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm
Working days: MonFri
Salary: INR 70000 to 90000/Month
Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by hunting and qualifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Run Outbound campaigns (email call Linked in) and generate meetings.
- Relationship building and recommendation of Lingpad products through a consultative approach
- Liaise and communicate client needs/requirements with senior management product and technology teams.
- Have a monthly qualified meeting and bookings target.
- Keep all customer interactions updated in our CRM and provide weekly updates on the progress against goals.
- Assessed on the quality of your pipeline and CRM hygiene
- Forecasting and tracking sales metrics.
- Compensation will include a base payout plus an attractive sales commission structure
Requirements:
- Must have 3 years SaaS Sales experience in the US and EU Market.
- A selfstarter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
- A hard worker who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure client satisfaction.
- An overachiever who can exceed sales targets quarter on quarter and over deliver in all aspects of the defined role.
- A quick thinker with an ability to analyze roadblocks/hurdles and take immediate action to deliver impeccable outcomes.
- An astute professional who lives to learn and learns to grow by always striving for selfimprovement.
