Role Description

This is a Full-time Area Sales Manager (Pharma) role located in Thanjavur, responsible for managing sales operations in the Thanjavur/Trichy region. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, building and nurturing key relationships with customers, and managing sales performance to achieve business goals. This is an onsite role.

Qualifications

• Any degree in Pharmacy or related field
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives
• Experience in the Thanjavur/Trichy region is preferred
• Fluency in Tamil is required, with proficiency in English preferred
