Certified as GREAT PLACE TO WORK!!! Job title - Marketing Specialist We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing and sales efforts. Responsibilities - Collaborate with Sales and Technology teams to understand products and communications - Create presentations and decks for Marketing and Sales - Create content for website, blogs, whitepapers, marketing events, emails, newsletters etc - Design creatives and flyers for various promotional activities - Brainstorm and develop ideas for various marketing campaigns. - Social media marketing of Donyati’ s social media pages – LinkedIn, YouTube - Market research on new trends, events, opportunities etc - Run multiple marketing and demand generation campaigns. Requirements - Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role for B2B company - Strong presentation skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent use of Canva design tool - Hands on experience in writing content for B2B industry - Hands on experience in running marketing and demand generation campaigns. - Hands on experience with social media marketing - Strong analytical skills - IT, Cloud, and/or EPM experience preferred. Expectations - To get into the role from the first week of joining the team. - To support the Marketing team in creative design work, preparing decks etc using Canva. - Handle the social media marketing of Donyati. Create social media weekly calendar. - Create video podcasts using Canva – edit, upload monthly podcasts on all channels. - Create and review contents – blogs, whitepapers, success stories etc. - Support multiple teams across the organization – HR, Practices teams, Sales teams.
