Job description
Qualifications:
BE/BTech MSc/MCA PGDCA or any equivalent degree
Experience : 4 6 years
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Better Understanding of IT Network Infrastructure components.
Responsible for supporting daytoday operations on Network Infrastructure issues & requests.
Well versed with Incident Problem Change management and escalation processes.
Managing Network Inventory.
Remote hands on support for IDF MDF in remote locations across the globe
Invoice in Planned unplanned change activities.
Work with Stakeholder in monitoring network devices.
Vendor Coordination for Operation task executions
Analyze risks and opportunities
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Skills and Experience:
A positive attitude selfmotivation ability to work in a fastpaced demanding environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
A selfstarter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
Dependable and flexible when necessary.
Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills.
Handson experience with ITIL Service / Project Management tools
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written)
Strong writing experience in delivering enduser documentation such as Technical process documentation MOPs etc..
The candidate with CCNA (OR) JNCIA will be an advantage.
The candidate with PMP (OR) ACP (OR) Prince2 Practitioner will be an advantage .
