Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASM to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. This role will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the Punjab & Himachal Pradesh region specifically for the Chemical / Paint industry. As an ASM, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's sales goals and objectives in the assigned region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and proactive prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key decision-makers in the Chemical / Paint industry
  • Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and recommend effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards sales targets
  • Stay updated with industry news, market trends, and competitor activities

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as an ASM or similar role in the Chemical / Paint industry
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent knowledge of the Punjab & Himachal Pradesh market and the Chemical / Paint industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
