Overview

The Voice Process role is crucial for our organization as it directly impacts customer satisfaction and retention. The individual in this role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Upselling products and services
  • Processing orders, forms, and applications
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Following communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing accurate information
  • Collaborating with team members and sharing best practices
  • Updating customer records in the system
  • Handling additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
  • Adaptability to changes in processes and procedures
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
