Job Title: Compliance Executive
Location: Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu

Shift & Schedule: Morning Shift
Salary: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
Job Summary:
The Compliance Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining the company’s legal compliance and managing statutory obligations. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding regulatory requirements, excellent communication skills, and effective manpower handling.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and internal company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that affect the company's operations and compliance framework.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any areas of risk or non-compliance.
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
- Handle manpower effectively, ensuring the team is well-informed of their compliance responsibilities.
- Liaise with external regulators and advisors, such as auditors and legal counsel, regarding compliance matters.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management, highlighting compliance status, risks, and recommendations.
- Conduct compliance training sessions for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of compliance standards and practices.
- Manage and resolve compliance-related issues and queries efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of total work experience in a compliance role, preferably within a consultancy or corporate setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of statutory compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to handle manpower and lead compliance initiatives.
