Job description

Responsibilities :

- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.

- On-field work to reach the maximum customer

- Generate leads in the open market.

- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.

- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling

- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

- On-field work to reach the maximum customer

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification : Graduate/MBA

Experience : 1 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing

Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years

- Two Wheeler Required
