Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting ICL's services and capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or courier industry is a plus
