Job description
Your Role:
Plan, Conduct & Manage 8Ds and PSRs across SP India on a timely manner
Perform Data Analysis of the NCRs to develop actions for Quality improvement.
Capture the learnings in Lesson Learned database. Ensure implementation of the learnings.
Track and Monitor Quality Improvement Actions
Provide Training on Quality Tools to others
Drive and participate in different LEAN programmes and projects
Basic Qualifications(requirements):
B.E/ B. Tech in Engineering with minimum 6+ years’ experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in EPC environment for minimum 5 years
Knowledge in various Quality Tools including 8D and PSR
Knowledge in Six Sigma methods. Green Belt is preferred.
Knowledge in LEAN methodology.
QUALITY Audit skills. Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 (preferred).
Proficiency in English Speaking and Writing skills.
Proficiency in Computer & MS Applications. Proficiency in Mini Tab (preferred)
Proficiency as a Team Leader
