Overall Role:
The Intern Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting various functions within the company. They work closely with team members and managers to assist in daily operations, special projects, and administrative tasks. This role offers valuable learning opportunities and exposure to the workings of a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documents, records, and files.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate staff members.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as requested.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Project Assistance:
- Provide support to ongoing projects by conducting research, gathering data, and compiling information.
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans under the guidance of supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Help maintain project documentation and update project tracking systems.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to contribute to team goals and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to exchange information and updates.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training activities.
Learning and Development:
- Take advantage of learning opportunities provided by the company, such as training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.) or recent graduate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.
