Job Description :
. Lead and own the development of the Android App
. Release updates to the Play Store
. Work with the Product team closely to help with the feasibility study and
designing of overall features to leverage the technology
. Distribute and assign modules to team members
. Follow and implement Agile practices
. Find performance bottlenecks and work towards optimization of the App
. Implement industry best practices and improve the overall quality of the
codebase
. Discover and implement new technologies to increase development efficiency
. Work with the QA team to help test complex features
. Train junior team membersThe role will report to Engineering Manager -
Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
. Experience with Android development using the Java language
. Good leadership and management skills
. Excellent communication skills
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
. Good knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and multi-threading
concepts
. Good knowledge of the SQLite database and Google Play Services like Push
Notifications
. Experience with third-party libraries and APIsKey Requirements:
. Minimum 3 years of experience working with mobile app development
. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Android development using Java
. Minimum 2 years of experience in leading the team
. Experience with Firebase and other Google services like Maps, Location, etc.
. Familiarity with continuous integration - Jenkins or like tools
. Experience with Kotlin and cross-platform frameworks like flutter will be a
