Location: Mumbai, India Salary: Up to 5 LPA Working Days: 6 days a week Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships in a virtual environment. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our organization. Key Responsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through virtual interactions. Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Virtual Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings and consultations with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives. Provide personalized advice and product recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the organization's products and services. Educate clients about various financial products and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Provide efficient and effective customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing clients. Achieve sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of financial products and services will be an added advantage.
