Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager at our Cuttack showroom. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and training the sales team, achieving sales goals, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies
• Experience in the automobile industry or luxury retail sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of BMW motorcycles or experience in selling high-end luxury products is a plus. The candidate should be result-driven and able to work under pressure.
