Job Overview
ACMOBOOK is seeking a dynamic and driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. As a Franchise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive franchise sales and expand our network of partners. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in franchise sales and a proven track record of success.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in franchise sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of franchise consulting and sales processes.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and sales pitches.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and social media marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees.
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise sales and expand the network of partners.
- Identify and engage with potential franchisees through various channels, including research, networking, and trade shows.
- Conduct presentations and sales pitches to educate potential franchisees about the benefits of partnering with ACMOBOOK.
- Negotiate and close franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure effective franchise management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Produce regular reports and analysis on franchise sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and materials to support franchise sales activities.
