Co-ordinating for Marketing with Production, logistics, and quality Control Departments for sample dispatch.Prospective customer profile and data managementRecord and maintain customer problems, complaints, and questions in personAssisting the marketing team in organizing exhibitions, seminars, etc.Arranging ticket booking, visa, and accommodation.Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, and MIS thereofPreparing various presentations and Excel reports.Coordination with the factory for sample and production statusOrder processing with complete accuracy with zero errors.Prepare quotations and proposals for potential international clients.
