- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates.
- Handle client queries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
