Job description
JD : Project Manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to build, motivate, and empower high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management, sales, and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing client satisfaction. Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is a plus. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients or project team members (if applicable).
