Responsibilities: - Finalization of books of accounts as per statutory and US GAAP Financials.
- Monthly / quarterly / annual reporting of financials and related Exhibits to Asia Pacific Regional HQ in timely manner
- Providing data/insights driven advice to the India business to deliver profitable growth.
- Timely submission of Copeland Financial Planning Templates such as Finance Review Plan
- Review and release standard costs at the beginning of each year & close tracking of variances at monthly intervals.
- Handle relationship with Copeland mandated Banks primarily to cover transactions banking. Track foreign currency exposure and movements, handle forward contracts and related documentation
- Manage TWC and drive Operating Cash Flow
- Compliance oversight ensuring statutory, and Copeland Policies and Procedures are followed. Ensure 100% compliances – payment, audit etc. and watch closely tax optimization / planning opportunities.
Education And Professional Qualifications Commerce Graduate from reputed university, CA / MBA Finance is a must.
15-20 years of overall work experience in Finance function. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading the Finance function independently.
Requirements And Attributes Experience of having worked with large size MNC Manufacturing organizations.
Experience and ability to work with Big 4 Consulting companies.
Proven track record in supporting CEO in business-critical thinking.
Oracle / ERP / HFM experience.
High Business Acumen, Strong team leader, Collaborative, Interpersonal skills, High integrity, High Functional Proficiency .
