Title : IT Support Consultant (Contract)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join us on a short-term contract to design and implement a secure and user-friendly Google Site solution.
Responsibilities :
- Develop a dynamic home page dashboard using Google Site with department-specific information, incorporating role-based access controls (RBAC) for secure user access.
- Integrate a document management system with Google Drive, ensuring seamless mapping, collaboration, and sharing functionalities for efficient document handling.
- Implement a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution using Okta or a similar provider to enable secure, centralized login for both external applications and the Google Site itself.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to dashboarding, document management, and SSO implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience configuring and managing Google Site dashboards with RBAC implementation.
- Expertise in document management systems and their integration with cloud storage platforms like Google Drive.
- Proven experience deploying SSO solutions for accessing external applications and web portals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
