Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities using targeted sales strategies and tools like CRM systems and market research platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering support.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to retain and expand client accounts, meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Drive revenue generation through successful sales efforts and achieving or exceeding sales goals and track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Deliver informative presentations to potential clients at meetings, exhibits, and conferences.
- Develop and manage a database of prospective clients, conducting outbound sales activities.
- Gather project requirements from clients and coordinate with the technical team for timely service delivery.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and prepare proposals and quotations.
- Generate prospects and bid on projects using lead generation and bidding platforms.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with the sales and development teams.
Skill(s)- Must have strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Have experience with Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
- Must have good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Working experience in the service industry
- CRM experience is preferred
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape
