We are looking for an Immediate Joiner - ERP Implementation (Internship For 6 months) We are the world's 1st Plug and Play ERP developer. We are headquartered in Bangalore.
Keyskills : 1. Must have an MBA Finance /Chartered Accountant Background 2. Must have excellent English communication skills 3. Previous ERP Experience is a Plus 4. Must be very good in English writing 5. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands. 6. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies Strong Project Management skills preferably PMP certified. Must be a Process-oriented person 7. Must be excited to work with a fast-growing start-up company 8. Must be fluent in English speaking 9. Ensuring that all project milestones are met 10. Previous Software Implementation Role a plus
Job Description : • Understanding the Customer Business Process and documenting it • Setting up the Client Company in ERP • Reviewing client's Data for implementation • Successful Implementation of ERP based on client process • Handling Post Implementation queries of the client • Handling client calls related to new features • Writing the requirements in detail of the client related to new development • Liaising with the Development team to get the development done • Day-to-day coordination with clients on ERP-related requirements • Continuously monitor, track, report, and govern the ERP Implementation projects. • You will become the customer's single point of contact for all TYASuite customers. • You will interact with cross-functional teams, which could consist of Implementation consultants, Solution Engineers, and Product Managers. • Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management / Solutions teams based on customer requirements • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire TYASuite product line. • Help to document best practices in deploying TYASuite solutions. • You will be goaled on Customer Satisfaction, Project Management metrics related to timely, on-budget delivery, and best use of available resources.
