Job description
Turbolab is looking for a Project Coordinator who will co-ordinate projects from ideation, concept development to commercialization. The position will develop and utilize best practices in project management to effectively manage the front-end innovation funnel, new product development and reformulation development activities.
Responsibilities Participate in project scoping meetings and propose implementation ideas. Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Facilitate collaboration between our Product and Engineering Teams to allocate and resolve issues. Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements. Organize and maintain project documentation in internal and external tools for seamless access and reference Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news. Schedule and conduct project meetings throughout project duration. Perform short-term tactical project planning as well as longer-term strategic planning. Requirements 1+ Years of experience with Project Management or related technical field required Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and graciously with diverse groups to manage short and medium-term projects, decompose project work, and track project work to completion. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and work assignments, complete multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and quality, adjust to changes in priorities and situations, complete work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
