Key Pointers for the role as Operation Head
• Stamping industry experience, stamping welding from Tier 1
• The position will take reporting from - maintenance, manufacturing, PPC, logistics, tool room.
• Additional responsibilities ,which will be eventually given are financials, safety, quality, cost delivery, managing senior management, finance.
• In totality, taking the plant to the next level.
• Analytical ability in manufacturing back ground
• People skills
• Skilled in managing-quality, maintenance, delivery, cost.
• The position reports to plant director
• Candidate should have a good exposure to manufacturing as well manage 400+ people.
• Qualification: BE Mech/ production
