About The Job - In this role you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day initiatives of the Global and Regional Partner Marketing organization, as well as, supporting the execution of a Key 2024 priority focused on lead optimization.
- Your role involves active collaboration with Global and Regional Partner Marketing, Measurement & Insights, Operations, Technology teams to drive the recommendation and implementation of processes, operational standards, data management and requirements for system optimization and tool integration.
- Your primary goal is to maximize the visibility into the business impact of Partner Marketing investments.
Essential Job Functions: - Become an expert in Client Partner Marketing processes and systems, including systems leveraged externally by Partners (ex. Deal Registration).
- Serve as the main point of contact to the Regional Partner Marketing teams in APAC and Japan; fostering collaboration to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing Operations to ensure global consistency of lead management processes across Partner Marketing.
- Address operational challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of the go-to-market strategy; ensuring best in class processes are established for new or updated programs in the partner ecosystem.
- Support Partner Marketing and Partner Managers with campaign generation for Deal Registration and lead upload requests.
- Support Partner priorities within a key Client initiative focused on Lead Optimization, attending SCRUM calls, and bridging the gap with technology teams.
- Support compliance audit to ensure processes are being followed and leads are being uploaded into our systems.
- Execute the enablement plan, holding live sessions with team members within region.
Qualifications :
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Marketing functions; marketing operations
- Partner/channel experience desired.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing and optimizing processes.
- In-depth understanding and hands on experience with Partner Marketing systems (including PRM), marketing funnel, partner/channel processes, demand marketing and data management.
- Ability to translate partner business strategy into technical requirements.
- Strong collaboration skill to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, ensuring high quality deliverables with high attention to detail.
- Applies initiative and independent judgment to resolve non-routine problems.
- A passion for data and analysis, with a curiosity to get to the root of a problem and solve it.
