Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kochi for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with customer satisfaction, customer service, hiring, communication, and food and beverage management.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service
• Experience in hiring, communication, and food & beverage management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, as well as menu planning and cost management
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Experience in branded hotel or restaurant management is preferred
• Experience working in a sustainable and responsible tourism environment is a plus
