Job description
Understanding the Manufacturing& Supply chain processes, preparing function requirement specification for the required product development or enhancement by meeting customers
Requirement sign off and budgetary estimation.
Mounting the required hardware's as computers in the line with help of suppliers/contractors
Deploying the product & its features in shop floor by installing necessary facilities
Troubleshooting the applications in case of issues
Updating the data bases as per customer requests
Modifying the instruments/ Machines with support of OEM supplier
Conducting trials and capturing the feedback & improvement needed in the product &its feature.
Implementing facilities required for product and its feature deployment in shop floors As per product plan Weekly
Deploying products and features at various applicable stations of M&SC shopfloor
Conducting trials and implementing improvements and feedback.
