We at step2gen are looking for Business Development executive (0-3 years). We will provide training to freshers on same.

Job Description:

• A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities for a company.
• As a Business Development fresher, you will be expected to learn quickly, take initiative, and be proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
• You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You should also have strong organizational and time-management skills, as you will be juggling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Researching and identifying potential clients and partners for the company.

-Developing and maintaining a database of potential clients.

-Cold calling and emailing potential clients to introduce the company's products or services.

-Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.

-Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

-Attending industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and partners.

-Creating proposals and presentations to pitch the company's products or services.

-Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.

-Collaborating with other teams within the company, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that business goals are met.

-Keeping up to date with industry developments and competitors.

Required academic qualification (Any of following):

-Bachelor of technology in Computer Science and Engineering (Btech CSE)

-Bachelor of technology in Information Technology (Btech IT)

-Bachelor & Master of Computer Application (BCA & MCA)

-Bachelor & Master of Science in Information Technology (BSC IT & MSc IT)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
