- Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)
- Performing data analysis on various data sets which include product complaints, failure modes,
- adverse events, trends, sales, etc.
- Lead efforts and development of post market data mapping, transformations, enhancements, and
- maintenance. Using a variety of data transformation and analytical tools to perform data analysis
projects including but not limited to: data visualization, noise filtering, mining, statistical trending,
- Completing data analysis projects and data requests in a timely manner
- Working individually and working in collaborating with others on assigned projects.
- Proposing process improvements
- Developing dashboards/reports and delivers data analysis and solutions to address business need
- Lead development of data for post market surveillance reporting, including requirements,
- documentation, testing and rolling out new functionality
- Lead Verification/Validation support for new reports/ systems
- Ensure overall compliance with systems data integrity.
- Education & special trainings
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related science field with
- formal training in computer systems / Engineering.
Qualifications & experience: - Minimum of 5 years' experience professional experience
- Medical device, quality/ regulatory experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated experience in data transformation and coding (SQL/ Python/ R/ Alteryx/
- Power BI/ Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience with software development testing and verification/validation.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in database structures.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks while assisting internal
- customers.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a positive, energetic team player, and an advocate for product excellence and quality
- Candidate should be results oriented, multi-tasking, quick learner, respond to the urgent
- needs of the team and show a strong track record of meeting deadlines.

- Must have the ability to analyze and interpret data across multiple systems ensuring data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
