Job description

ROLE: - Front Office Executive ( FEMALES)

SALARY: - MAX UPTO 27K + PF + Insurance + Mediclaim + BONUS

LOCATION: - Prabhadevi (Just 1 KM away from Railway St.)

TIMINGS: - 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Sunday Fixed OFF)

Qualification: - Min. HSC

Experience: - Min 6 months exp in front office / reception role

Roles & Responsibilities

Ø Handle front desk /reception seamlessly.

Ø Handling International visitors/Calls

Ø Handling incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution.

Ø Maintaining and updating records and database

Ø Maintaining telephone registers, call tracking and client contacts

Ø General Admin Activities And Other Help Desk Tasks

Ø Managing conference / meeting rooms, co-ordination for various events, Tea & Snack arrangements, Flower arrangements coordination, and others.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ø Experience In Front Desk Management / Handling Reception.

Ø Excellent Communication - Written & Verbal

Ø Proficiency in MS Office.
