The Technology division is responsible for the world leading application of technology across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. The data security crew build, own and operate data security solutions across the Bank. The data loss prevention and information protection squads implement and maintain data loss prevention solutions across our endpoints, network, SaaS and communication channels to protect our sensitive data. The Product Owner – Data Loss Prevention works alongside the Product Owner – Information Protection to define the product vision and roadmap for data loss prevention solutions such as Cloud Access Security Broker and unstructured data discovery. You will lead a squad (engineers, business analysts and testers) to execute the roadmap and support the products that are delivered. You will: Define the product vision and goals in collaboration with security, business, risk and technology stakeholders. Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps and a prioritised, execution ready backlog Be accountable for end-to-end product implementation and support Be accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions and resolving escalations Manage the Squad’s performance to defined objectives including Objective and Key Results (OKR), service management metrics and budgets Maintain awareness of the threat environment and industry trends and drive continuous improvement. Contribute to data security strategy. Your experience 12-15 years of experience. Experienced product owner well versed in agile methodology. Demonstrated experience leading technical teams with ownership of technical decision making. Cyber domain knowledge including data protection. Experience configuring and deploying Cyber Security products, ideally the Microsoft ecosystem. Be solution focused and able to turn high level goals into an actionable plan delivering incremental value. Demonstrated ability to translate diverse stakeholder requirements into a product vision and ability to execute in a large, complex environment. International experience in large organisations will be highly regarded.Job tags
