Job description

1 To educate Key decision makers, contractors, trade customers of government institutions on bath ware/ceramics.
2 To brief them about company position, vision, product details of each verticals, value to the customers.
3 To establish all verticals of bath ware/ceramics in all GIS accounts.
4 To get specified in BOQ / Mock ups with the customers at the initial stages of their projects.
5 To generate revenue from existing GIS accounts.
6 To get timely renewal of approvals with existing accounts and ensure zero loss of accounts.
7 To add new GIS accounts to the customers list.
8 To generate revenue from newly added accounts.
9 To maintain price discipline with all GIS accounts and ensure zero financial loss to the company.
10. To introduce and promote new products launched by the company.
11. To identify the projects to promote new products.
12. To educate key decision makers of identified projects on new products, their features, USPs etc.
13. To make offers with new products to the identified projects.
14. To secure BOQ / Mock up with identified projects.
15. To bring key decision makers, trade customers, contractor of government institutions to showroom.
16. To bring key decision makers, trade customers, contractor of government institutions to plant.
17. To extend support to government departments and resolve their issues including customer care issues.
18. To build relationship with govt. institutions and handover gifts to them on specific occasions.
19. To maintain directory of government officials.
20. To ensure that no collection is pending with govt. institutions beyond 45 days of billing.
21. To do at least 180 productive meetings every month with external customers.
22. To generate revenue from government institutions sales.
