Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the MD, ensuring effective time management.
- Communication: Manage and prioritise incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and internal/external correspondence.
- Document Preparation: Prepare essential documents including presentations, memos, and reports, often under tight deadlines.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize internal and external meetings, including logistical arrangements and agenda setting.
- Travel Planning: Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for the MD, including transportation and accommodation.
- Confidentiality: Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion.
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects as required.
- Administrative Duties: General office management including ordering supplies, coordinating with other departments, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications - BBA or similar.
- Understands mid-level technology, the business what we do.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Benefits Compensation : CTC 5 – 7 lacs per annum
