3+ years of experience in managing a marketing department, preferably in a related industry - B2C products/Social products/Consumer Apps/User-generated content
Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing - product, branding, strategy, social media, communications
Demonstrable experience in positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO You have an experimental mindset. We are looking for non-traditional thinkers, tinkerers, testers, and artists Visionary with a driven personality, not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature You are adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in matrix environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some copywriting skills Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritise, drive, and achieve results Self-starter and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage work independently What you'll do Drive the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences. Create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our product & new features. You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption Collaborate and lead across the organization. You will represent the voice of the customer within the organization, bringing your insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, engineering, and executive leadership. You will also lead and mentor a growing team of marketers across a broad set of functions including product marketing, partner marketing, content, and brand. Build a marketing department. Identify talent needs, hire and manage a high-performing integrated marketing team Drive early-stage user acquisition, with strategic direction and tactical execution of paid and organic channels Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies. Define, build, manage, and control the marketing budget Drive our digital marketing positioning - website, email, social Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner Identify key KPIs, monitor conversions, growth metrics, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs, and prepare and present reports regularly Track the initiatives and measure week over week progress Come up with various ideas and strategies to sustain the growth A/B test various strategies, make improvements and take key decisions around them Be data-driven and open to experimentationHave a founder mindset
