Job Responsibilities

1. Product Packaging Design :

• Create eye-catching and innovative packaging designs for toys that align with the brand's image and appeal to the target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to gather input and feedback for packaging design projects.
• Maintain a library of design assets and templates.

2. Creative Concept Development :

• Generate creative concepts and design ideas for projects, keeping in mind the company's target audience.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure designs are modern and competitive.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

3. Stall Design for Events and Exhibitions:

· Design visually engaging and cohesive stall layouts for trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

· Incorporate branding elements, product displays, and interactive components into stall designs.

4. Graphic Design Production:

· Create high-quality graphic assets, including illustrations, typography, and visual elements, for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners,

· Prepare files for print production, ensuring color accuracy and print-ready specifications.

5. Project Management and Timeliness:

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time.

· Communicate project status and deadlines effectively to stakeholders.

· Prioritize tasks and allocate time efficiently to meet project timelines.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Should have 1-2 years of experience in packaging is a must .
• Preferably from toy industry or Design Agency .
• Strong understanding of typography, including font selection, spacing, and hierarchy to create visually appealing and legible text.
• Knowledge of color theory, color schemes, and the ability to use colors effectively in design projects.
• Skills in image manipulation, retouching, and editing to enhance visual content.
• Expertise in layout principles to create balanced and aesthetically pleasing compositions.
• Proficiency in creating and editing vector graphics for scalable and high-quality design elements.
• Understanding of print production processes, including knowledge of color modes, resolutions, and file formats for print materials.

Creative Skills:

• A keen sense of visual storytelling and the ability to convey messages effectively through design.
• The capacity to generate innovative and original design concepts and solutions.
• The ability to translate ideas and concepts into visual designs that align with project objectives.
