Our client is a well renowned Logistics and Supply chain management firm based in Thane, hiring for one of their Franchise operated stores which sells luxury Gems & Jewelry.

We are hiring for a Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the store. Effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of a store and to meet or exceed the business targets of sales, profitability, ROI etc.

Position: Store Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Experience: 8-10 years 

Location: Thane, Ghodbunder Road, near cine wonder, Kapurbawdi

Payroll: 3rd party

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide inputs to the the G.M and consolidate the potential sales on the stores and develop annual business targets
• Monitor the financial performance of store against targets periodically
• Develop and implement reporting & review mechanisms to track operational performance and ensure course correction & corrective action, as appropriate.
• Drive the Sales plans, monitor and analyze the sales data in coordination with the Sales Staff to ensure that the store targets are met
• Ensure adequate level of staffing in the store as per store manpower matrix and take appropriate actions accordingly; ensure that duties, responsibilities and targets are cascaded appropriately and effectively monitored
• Monitor the indents for the stock based on the options shown by the symphony systems and ensure optimization
• Daily maintenance of opening stock and closing Stock

Candidate requirements:  

Minimum 8-10 years in the Jewelry sector with 4-5 years in a position of similar responsibility

Thorough experience in retail Sales B2C

Customer Centricity focused and able to gauge potential buyers

Experience in managing a team of Junior Sales representatives

Education:

Minimum Graduate
