Job description
Salary Bracket: 8 - 12 Lacs per annum
Function: Sales and Business - Sales / Business Development / Direct Sales
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for sales of Pre Engineered Steel Buildings in Pan India.
- Past Experience in the PEB industry.
- Should be technically sound to have meetings with Architects/ Consultants and Clients.
- Should Belong to the industry having a strong network with various clients.
- Exploring new markets and business from existing customers all over India.
- Maintained, Developed and increased customer base and followed up with customers for their New upcoming projects.
- Handling sales of products and services to prospective customers, keeping the view of the defined targets.
- Tracking Market/ competitor trends to keep abreast of the changing client's requirements/expectations.
- Maintains a database of customers and updates it regularly.
- Prepare a techno- commercial offer for submitting to customers.
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
- Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.
- Good understanding of the new projects coming up.
- Customer relations management and customer services.
- Generate new QRF(enquiries), Review costing and send Quotation.
- To handle customers' specifications, correspondences and technical Drawings from enquiry to closer stage, Reply on technical complaints up to the satisfactory level of customers.
- To plan, and execute, customer orders according to the agreed delivery schedule by following up the coordination with production, Purchase, Dispatch and engineering departments.
- Customer feedback collection.
- Strategic planning, channel management B2B, Team management, new business development market analysis, promotional strategies by analyzing market trends as well as forth cooking pipeline projects.
Qualifications
- Should have 3- 6 years preferably in PEB companies/ Project selling management within a corporate setting.
- B.tech./ B.E. in Mechanical, Civil/ MBA Sales & Marketing/ Pre-Engineered Buildings/ Heavy steel structures
- Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical Engineering and architecture. Able to read structural drawings and understand them
- Computer skills i.e. Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Self-starter, Good communication skills, People management, Negotiation Skills
- Leadership skills and go-getter attitude.
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills extensive travel, exposure to work sales and Marketing with PEB Co.
- A keen planner, strategist and implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities and accelerating business growth.
