Responsibilities
Receiving and keeping record of the bills. Verifications of all bills in the line with contract term & contract terms & conditions, BOQ,GFC drawings. Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction. Assist in establishing requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure proposals will work. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Advise on a procurement strategy., Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes Verification of reconciliation of the client supplied material. Ensure timely process of bills. Keeping payment tracking record. Qualifications B.E or B. Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Knowledge of Contract documentation Claim management and dispute resolution In depth of knowledge of materials, specifications, rates Knowledge of construction works including civil, structural 5 to 10 Years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Real Estate or Building construction.
