Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialist in Stakeholder Community Building. The Specialist will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with community members and stakeholders, engaging with the community through various channels, managing community events, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in community engagement and management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer service experience and focus on stakeholder satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare or dementia care is a plus
• Master's degree in MBA Marketing with graduation in Psychology will be an added advantage
