Job description


Essential Responsibilities

· Handle outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls regarding consumer past due on their credit card accounts

· Educate customers regarding their past due credits

· Make use of problem-solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction

· Make use of negotiation skills to help Customer Setup payment arrangements to bring past due accounts current

· Comply with over-all call quality standards

· Adhere to company rules and polices especially on Time and Attendance

Required Skills:

· Qualification—Undergraduates/Graduates

· Experience Fresher – 5 years

· Excellent English Communications Skills

· Passion for Collections through Customer service

· Prior Collections/Customer Service experience is good to have

· Unyielding Integrity

· Ability to work in a challenging environment

· Flexibility to work in US shifts (Willing to work in 24/7 work environment)

· Flexibility to work during Indian and US holidays.

· Knowledge of basic computer skills
