Overview

The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in our organization by managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. As the primary point of contact for key accounts, this role is instrumental in understanding client needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients

  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables

Required Qualifications
