We design, build and operate the lowest cost hybrid (solar and biomass) power plant and distribution network in India and Africa. To date, Husk has provided electricity to over 15,000 homes and business, reducing 95,000 tonnes of CO2. Our aim is to provide 30MW of power to 225,000 customers by 2025 and save 350,000 tonnes of CO2 each year.
Job Description - Provide technical implementation & customization expertise to successfully deliver a customized solution.
- Efficient implementation, customizations, and administration related to Zoho Apps.
- Possess a complete understanding of the process from Development till handover.
- Understand the business processes, requirements of our business and effectively document the same.
- Complete background setup tasks in customer applications.
- Develop custom Zoho workflows, custom functions (Deluge) & API integrations.
- Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho.
- Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes.
- Set up access and control of users.
- Provide user trainings and assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns.
- Work with the Zoho implementation partners resolve any reported issues. Track issues and periodic updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in CS.
- 3-5 years of ZOHO Customization/development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books,Zoho Inventory and other relevant Zoho applications.
- Knowledge of system configuration and setup.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and self-driven.
