Job description
We are an international oilfield services company with multiple plants globally currently setting up our new plant near Changodhar, Ahmedabad, Gujrat. We are looking for an Finance Associate - Bookkeeper for our new plant in India.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a junior accountant/bookkeeper. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. The associate will also be responsible for managing the payroll. You will be responsible for Data entry in QuickBooks desktop. Ensure timely filing of TDS & GST Responsible for assisting in accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.) Assist in new processes and system implementation when required Qualifications Proficient in QuickBooks software Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and taxation Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field At least 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting/finance Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of manufacturing industry accounting practices is a plusJob tags
