Job description

Position: IT Recruiter Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time

Overview: As an IT Recruiter at LMTEQ, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a high-performing team of professionals in the fields of SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and recruit top talent to meet the dynamic and evolving needs of our clients and oversee and execute the full-cycle recruitment process.

Their primary duties include:

Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Utilize cold calling and email outreach techniques to engage passive candidates. Using various recruitment strategies and ideas to attract and retain top talent. Collaborating with Account Managers to understand the active requirements and develop a clear understanding of the ideal candidate profile based on the JD. Hiring active candidates from different hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Recruiter Lite, Naukri, Hot Vacancy, Monster, Hirist, and other platforms. Establish a feedback loop with candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team to gather insights and continuously enhance the recruitment process. Negotiating compensation and benefits packages with prospective candidates. Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the IT consulting space. Ability to conduct effective technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and competencies. Managing the recruitment budget, tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters and ensuring that all recruitment processes comply with the legal and ethical standards of the organization. Proficiently use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and FreshWorks to streamline the hiring process.

The ideal candidate should have:

Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. Familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce technologies and the IT consulting landscape is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in leading and managing a full recruitment cycle. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
