Job description

Name of the Post: Business Development Manager Educational Qualification and Skills: ·

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA sales and Marketing preferred) ·

Having a knack for sales. ·

Excellent written and Verbal Communication skills. ·

Should be able to define and drive new sales processes, have a data driven approach and preference to tools adoption. ·

Have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.

Role and Responsibilities: ·

Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. ·

Plan for lead generation and lead processing through calls and field visits. ·

Prepare and deliver pitches for the product for conversion. ·

Plan to ensure that the weekly and monthly targets are met. ·

Maintain strong follow-up with their clients ·

Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. ·

Foster a collaborative environment for the product. ·

Visit schools and marketing events to facilitate school and distributor collaboration. ·

Manage the sales team effectively and achieve the target. ·

Ensure conversion target for individual and teams. ·

Conducting training sessions from time to time to ensure maximum productivity. ·

Research and identify new market opportunities.
