* Should have completed at least 1 End to End implementation
•Must be experienced in Middle east payroll/ Saudi Payroll
•Knowledge in Activate Project Management Methodology
•Knowledge on ITIL Process
•Should have experience in Requirement Gathering.
•Should have experience in Configuration and customisation activities
•Should have experience in Cut-over activities
•Should manage customer expectations
•Person should be proactive
