Job description
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers. • College & school visits. • School college seminars (event activities) • School /college tie up - Results based programs • Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services. • Training, and guiding business development staff. • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning. • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities. • Answer all queries and doubts about products and services. • Initiating telephonic conversations with clients or connecting with them on Zoom, • Google meet etc. • Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behaviour, market demands and competition to the marketing team. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Team management & performance assessment. Qualification Any Degree Min 2 years of exp in Business Development(Preferrably in Commerce) immediate Joinees are preferred
